President - Arthur Stack

Arthur is a former President and Board Member.  He is a keen tennis and golf enthusiast and is committed to creating a club that members and guests can continue to enjoy. He will complete the second year of outgoing President, Brent Marcombe's two-year term.

Vice President - Tom Chapman

Tom is a Life Member of the club and a former club President. Tom works tirelessly around the club on maintenance and enjoys tennis on the grass courts.

Treasurer - Michael Watts

Michael has been a memebr for over 50 years.

Secretary - Shadi Taleb

Shadi has been a member for over 3 years and is a keen tennis player along with his children. Shadi has recently joined the board as a causal appointment before being made interim Secretary at the April Meeting and brings about experience and knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure and integrations. 

Tony Starosta

As a born and raised bayside resident of nearly 40 years, it's been an exciting privilege to be a part of BRSC in recent years. Since joining in 2023, my passion for the community feel of this club has grown, and in particular with the Bowls section of which I am a proud and avid competitor. My application to the board as bowls vice-captain is a vital step for me to be a reliable and invigorative conduit between the bowls section and the club as a whole, with the aim to grow the sport within our club with a financial stability and community mindset.

Mich​ael Robertson

Michael brings a rare, 30-year 360-degree perspective to sports governance. His background seamlessly spans competing as an elite athlete, coaching Grand Slam champions, leading a state peak body, and building thriving grassroots institutions. This comprehensive experience makes him uniquely equipped to help steer the future of our sports club.

Stuart Denness

Originally from the UK Stuart has lived in the Bayside area now for over 10yrs. Stuart has been a member of the club for circa 9 years or so joining when my son started at BRPS. Fridays were always a club day for us with tennis lessons and the ability to meet people in the area we decided to live in. Professionally he has been involved in the financial services industry and banking for 40+yrs holding key positions in the UK, Switzerland and now Australia. BRSC is very important to the immediate community and must be looked after for the present and future. We are just custodians for the members to come.
